Ken-Ichiro Kobayashi
Conductor. In 1970 Ken-Ichiro Kobayashi won the International Conductor Competition in Japan and has since been a regular guest conductor with the major Japanese symphony orchestras. His international career began when he won the first International Conductor Competition of the Hungarian Radio and Television in 1974. Since 1986 he has served as Music Director of the Hungarian State Symphony Orchestra.
